Decorate wind chimes and candles to honor the memory of a loved one
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (June 27, 2018) – Grand Rapids area families are invited to attend Celebrating Our Loved Ones, a free grief support event for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one. The program is set to take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on July 12 at Roselle Park, located at 1010 Grand River Drive, N.E. in Ada.
Hosted by Hospice of Michigan, the gathering will feature activities designed to honor the memory of a loved one, including decorating memorial wind chimes, candles, rocks and more. Volunteer pet therapy dogs will also be available to visit with.
Celebrating Our Loved Ones will be held rain or shine. All members of the community are invited to attend regardless of whether their loved one received services through Hospice of Michigan.
